We welcome Jared Stratos to the ESAI Energy team as our new North America Energy Market Analyst. Jared brings a wealth of experience and expertise that will significantly enhance our ability to provide valuable insights into the energy markets of the United States and Canada.
Jared will be focused on crude oil and the ever-evolving landscape of the energy transition. Jared brings great energy and impressive Analytical experience; he is a welcome addition to the team!
A brief overview of Jared's background and qualifications:
- Jared has over five years of experience in finance, having previously worked at JP Morgan Chase & Co. and Fidelity Investments. During his time at JP Morgan, he was involved in helping clients secure syndicate loan financing, which provided him with essential insights into financial markets and client relationships.
- Demonstrating his commitment to continuous professional development, Jared has passed Level I of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program.
- In addition to his financial expertise, Jared's strengths include forecasting, financial analysis, geopolitical analysis, stakeholder management, and project management, all of which align perfectly with our team's and client's needs.
Jared holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Connecticut, providing a solid foundation in economic principles and analysis. He also earned an M.A. in International Relations from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, with a focus on International Economics and a minor in China Studies. His international perspective and educational background will be invaluable as we navigate the complex global energy landscape.
